Reservation and Deposit:

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your project. The deposit is non-refundable but can be credited towards future services if the booking is canceled within 24 hours.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of the final files or services.

Confirmation of Booking:

A booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us. Until this point, your booking is not guaranteed.

Scheduling and Availability:

We will work with you to schedule a convenient time for your session. However, bookings are subject to our availability at the time of confirmation.

Any changes to the agreed schedule should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee or loss of the booking deposit.

Changes and Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% credit for future services. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the booked date. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

Clients must provide all necessary materials, including content, location details, and any special requirements, well in advance of the booking date.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all permissions for locations and subjects have been obtained.

Late Arrivals:

If the client arrives late to the scheduled session, the session time will be reduced accordingly, and no refund will be given for lost time.

If the session must be rescheduled due to the client’s late arrival, an additional fee may apply.

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Please ensure full payment is made before the release of final files or products.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund if we are unable to perform the service.

Certified Professional Guarantee:

For bookings involving key individuals (e.g., couple, family, or client), we will assign a certified professional photographer or videographer with the necessary qualifications and experience to meet your specific requirements. This professional will work to fulfill the expectations outlined during the booking process and ensure the highest quality of service.

Videos will be delivered within 15 business days after the session. This includes time for basic editing and preparing the final file. -

Photos will be available within 7 business days after the session. This covers basic editing (color adjustments, brightness, etc.). -
Delivery Methods:
Photos and videos will be delivered digitally via a secure download link. If physical delivery is required, please specify before the session to adjust the timeline and costs. -
Potential Delays:
In exceptional cases (such as technical issues or situations beyond our control), delivery times may be affected. If this occurs, we will inform you promptly of any delays. -
