To initiate the project, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of the final files by the client.

No alterations to the videos will be made without written or explicit instruction, either physically or via email.

Images sourced from stock libraries or other platforms are intended solely for draft/mock-up purposes unless prior permission has been obtained for use.

All text, data, or content to be included in a design must be provided by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring accuracy in writing and spelling.

The prices quoted do not include GST. If applicable, GST will be added to the total amount at the prevailing rate.

Additional charges may apply if the project requires special photography, effects, recordings, illustrations, or extensive photo retouching.

Each client is entitled to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur a 10% fee for each further round of edits.

Only images for which the client holds proper rights or authorization will be used.

Payment options (including cash) and discounts may be available for bulk orders or multiple products.

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of payment. If the client cancels the project after this time, 50% of the paid amount will be issued as a voucher to redeem against future services.
